It is the mission of Penns Manor Elementary School to create a safe learning environment for all students.  It is our belief that we can better our school and community through the implementation of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Program.  We believe that our students will ultimately reflect a positive and compassionate attitude toward other students while building self-confidence and leadership skills within themselves.
