Bus Notes
All bus notes must be written. Phone calls will not be accepted. All electronic bus notes must be emailed to [email protected]
Emails will not be accepted after 1:00 PM and must include:
1. New Bus number
2. New Bus stop
3. Parent phone number
4. Adult name at destination
5. Phone number at destination
Parent email address - bus notes will not be accepted from an email address that is not in our Sapphire System.
To change your child's bus stop for either AM pick-up or PM drop-off, download and complete the Permission To Ride (PTR) form found in the forms tab. This change must be for every day (Monday through Friday).
